SYARAT-SYARAT PENDAFTARAN CPNS 2013

Usia berdasarkan tanggal lahir yang tercantum dalam ijazah pada 1 Desember 2012 di Kemenkeu dan mungkin juga tidak berbeda jauh dengan persyaratan usia CPNS 2013 nanti:

A. Persyaratan umum
- Warga Negara Indonesia;
- Tidak mengalami ketergantungan terhadap narkotika/sejenisnya;
- Tidak pernah dihukum penjara atau kurungan berdasarkan putusan Pengadilan yang telah mempunyai kekuatan hukum yang tetap, karena melakukan suatu tindak pidana kejahatan;
- Tidak pernah diberhentikan dengan hormat tidak atas permintaan sendiri atau tidak dengan hormat sebagai CPNS/PNS, anggota TNI/POLRI, pegawai BUMN/BUMD atau pegawai swasta;
- Tidak berkedudukan sebagai Calon Pegawai Negeri atau Pegawai Negeri;
- Bersedia ditempatkan di seluruh wilayah Negara Kesatuan Republik Indonesia;
- Pelamar merupakan lulusan Sarjana, Diploma atau SMK/SMA sesuai formasi yang dilamar pada CPNS 2013
- Untuk formasi Sarjana dengan IPK Minimal 3,00 (tiga koma nol nol dan nilai tersebut bukan hasil pembulatan) dari skala 4;
- Untuk formasi Diploma Pelayaran dengan IPK minimal 2,50 (dua koma lima nol dan nilai tersebut bukan hasil pembulatan) dari skala 4;
- Untuk formasi Diploma Umum dengan IPK minimal 3,00 (tiga koma nol nol dan nilai tersebut bukan hasil pembulatan) dari skala 4;
- Untuk formasi SMK Pelayaran dengan nilai rata-rata ”Ujian Tertulis” pada ijazah tidak kurang dari 6,50 (enam koma lima nol dan nilai tersebut bukan hasil pembulatan);
- Untuk formasi SMK Umum dengan nilai rata-rata ”Ujian Tertulis” pada ijazah tidak kurang dari 7,00 (tujuh koma nol nol dan nilai tersebut bukan hasil pembulatan).
- Contoh persyaratan IPK ini adalah contoh syarat pendaftaran CPNS 2012 di Kemenkeu. Untuk instansi lain biasanya ada perbedaan lebih tinggi atau lebih rendah tergantung instansi dan formasinya.
B. Persyaratan usia
Usia berdasarkan tanggal lahir yang tercantum dalam ijazah pada 1 Desember 2012 di Kemenkeu dan mungkin juga tidak berbeda jauh dengan persyaratan usia CPNS 2013 nanti:
- Minimal 18 tahun dan maksimal 26 tahun untuk Sarjana S-1;
- Minimal 18 tahun dan maksimal 30 tahun untuk Diploma Pelayaran;
- Minimal 18 tahun dan maksimal 23 tahun untuk Diploma Umum;
- Minimal 18 tahun dan maksimal 26 tahun untuk SMK Pelayaran;
- Minimal 18 tahun dan maksimal 20 tahun untuk SMK Umum.
C. Persyaratan berkas
- Pas foto berwarna terbaru ukuran 3×4 cm dan 4×6
- Materai 6000
- Mengisi dan menandatangani Daftar Riwayat Hidup Singkat
- Fotokopi KTP/SIM yang masih berlaku
- Surat lamaran ditulis dengan tangan sendiri
- Fotokopi Ijazah/Surat Tanda Tamat Belajar/Surat Tanda Kelulusan dan transkrip nilai terakhir yang telah dilegalisir
- Bagi pelamar lulusan luar negeri wajib menyertakan Fotokopi Surat Keputusan Penyetaraan Ijazah dari Direktorat Jenderal Pendidikan Tinggi Kementerian Pendidikan dan Kebudayaan yang telah dilegalisir
- Surat Keterangan Dokter (asli) terbaru yang menyatakan sehat (selama tiga bulan terakhir);
- Surat Keterangan Catatan Kepolisian/SKCK (asli) yang masih berlaku;
- Berbagai macam Surat Pernyataan yang nantinya dapat diunduh kemudian ditempel materai Rp.6.000,00 dan ditandatangani;
- Sertifikat keahlian bagi jurusan tertentu sesuai formasi yang dilamar.

AustraliaAwards in Indonesia
Australia’s international
development assistance in Indonesia aims towork in partnership with the
Government of Indonesia (GOI) to achieve a prosperous, democratic and safe nationby
implementing Indonesia’s National Medium Term Development Plan.
AusAID’s Australia Awardsare
aligned with Australia’s development assistance in Indonesia, targeting human
resource gaps in identifiedpriority sectors.
They aim to provide awardees with the skills and knowledge to drive
change and influence economic and social development.
AusAID will assess applicants
for their professional and personal qualities, academic competence and, most
importantly, their potential to impact on development challenges in Indonesia.
AusAID offers awards on the
basis of merit, transparency and equal access. We strongly encourage
applications from women, people with disability and people from AusAID
geographic focus areas—Papua, West Papua, Nusa Tenggara Barat, Nusa Tenggara Timur
and Aceh.
Priority sectors
The priority areas of study for Australia Awardsin Indonesia are:

sustainable growth and economic management
·
democracy justice and good governance
·
investing in people
·
safety and peace.
Together the governments of Australia and
Indonesia regularly review these sectors and adjust the emphasis of the

Level of study
Australia Awards Scholarships (formerly Australian Development Scholarships)
These are long-term scholarships providing citizens
of Indonesiawith opportunities to obtain qualifications at Australian tertiary
institutions.
In the 2013-14Australia Awards Scholarships application round, approximately
525 awards will be offered for commencement in 2014-15 within the following
allocations:
·
Up to 30 percent of awards will be
offered to applicants from geographic focus areas
·
Around 85
percent of awards will be offered at Masters level and up to 15 percent of awards will be offered at PhD level
·
an equal number of awards will be
offered to males and females.
Australia Awards Leadership Program(formerly Australian Leadership Awards Scholarships)
Up to 200 outstanding Australia
Awards Scholarshipsrecipientsacross the globe will be offered a place in the
Leadership Program in addition to their scholarship. There is no separate
application process.
The Leadership Program will
bring awardees together in Australia for leadership training, development discussions
and the chance to build valuable networks.
Eligibility criteria
Applicants must meet all eligibility
requirements detailed in the Scholarships
PolicyHandbook, available at:
Applicants must also meet the following specific
requirements for Indonesia:
·
be applying for courses that fall within
the areas of development priority (see “Priority Sectors ” above)
·
have a grade point average of at
least 2.9
·
have a grade point average of at
least 2.75 for applicants under AusAID’sTargeted Category (including Key
Agencies and geographic focus areas)
·
have
a grade point average of at least 2.75
for applicants with a disability as declared on the application form
·
have an English
language proficiency of at least 5.0 in IELTS (or 500 in paper-based TOEFL or 61internetbased TOEFL). The IELTS or TOEFL result must be obtained
in 2012 or 2013. No other English
language test (including TOEFL prediction test) results will be accepted.
·
if applying for a Doctorate,
applicants will be restricted to staff of universities, higher education
institutions, research institutes, key policy makers and targeted candidates in
other agencies associated with AusAID activities.
Application dates (for study commencing in Australia in 2014)

date: 19 July 2013
Applications or
supporting documents received after this date will not be considered.
The application process
The
online application facility (OASIS) is NOT available for people applying from Indonesia.
Hardcopy applications
Applications
must be submitted in hardcopy. Three
copies of this form and of all attached documents must be received by August
2013 at the Australia Awards Office.
Application forms can be:

collected in hard copy from the Australia Awards office
in Jakarta (see address
below).
Supporting documents
Applicants must submit with their
application all of therelevant supporting documents listed in the Scholarships Policy Handbook.
Applicants must also provide the following
documents to meet the specific requirements for Indonesia:
·
copies of birth certificate or equivalent
·
proof citizenship i.e. KTP or your passport personal
information pages
·
current Curriculum Vitae
·
official (certified* ) post-secondary and
tertiary certificates/degrees
·
official (certified* ) post-secondary and
tertiary transcripts of results
·
current
(original) IELTS or TOEFL English language test results (a test result obtained in
2012 or 2013 will be considered
current). The TOEFL prediction
test is NOT accepted.
·
Masters
applicants must also attach certified DIII degree certificate/transcript if
using DIV or S1 extension certificate/transcript
·
Doctorate
applicants must also attach certified S1 degree certificate/transcript
·
academic
reference from S2 supervisor for Doctorate candidates
·
Doctorate
and those Masters applicants whose study will include at least 50 percent
research must fillin the
research proposal details on the application form.

The selection process
The selection process follows the principles of equity and merit. A
joint selection team consisting of Australian and Indonesian academics (all PhD
holders from Australian universities) will, in pairs, interview shortlisted
candidates. The process aims to identify candidates most likely to succeed in
academic studies in an Australian course who will then make a substantial
contribution in Indonesia.
Consideration
of written applications and interview resultswill determine the final ranking
of candidates by all JST members.
Shortlisted candidatesare required to undertake an
IELTS test around the time of the interview.
The interview will assess the applicant’s:
- academic ability
- clarity of study goals
- cultural adaptability
·
ability to explain the relevance of their proposed study area to
Indonesia’s development.
Preparatory training
Prior
to departure for Australia, AusAID will provide all awardees with English for
Academic Purposes (EAP) training. This will be undertaken by the Indonesia
Australia Language Foundation (IALF) in Jakarta or Denpasar, Indonesia. The aim
is to prepare students for study in Australia. The length of the training will
be determined by each student’s level of English language proficiency and will
range from six weeks to 39 weeks.
